1. Scope of Services: Shiloh Logistics provides global shipping and logistics services including e-commerce logistics, freight forwarding, door-to-door international logistics, customs clearance, and related services (collectively referred to as "Services"). These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of these Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms: By engaging Shiloh Logistics for Services, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any conflicting terms proposed by the customer shall be void unless agreed upon in writing by Shiloh Logistics.

3. Shipping and Delivery: Shiloh Logistics will endeavor to ship and deliver goods in a timely manner, but does not guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to factors beyond Shiloh Logistics' control including but not limited to customs inspections, weather conditions, and transportation disruptions.

4. Documentation and Customs Clearance: The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation required for customs clearance. Shiloh Logistics will assist in customs clearance procedures, but ultimate responsibility lies with the customer. Any fines, penalties, or additional costs incurred due to incomplete or inaccurate documentation shall be borne by the customer.

5. Insurance: Shiloh Logistics may offer insurance for shipped goods upon request. The customer is responsible for informing Shiloh Logistics of the value of the goods to be insured. Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in accordance with the insurance policy terms.

6. Liability Limitations: Shiloh Logistics' liability for loss or damage to goods during transportation is limited to the lesser of the declared value of the goods or the actual loss suffered. Shiloh Logistics shall not be liable for consequential damages or loss of profits.

7. Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Shiloh Logistics, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the customer's use of the Services, including but not limited to claims related to the content of shipped goods, customs violations, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

8. Force Majeure: Shiloh Logistics shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, and government actions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

10. Amendment and Termination: Shiloh Logistics reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of amendments will be provided to customers. Shiloh Logistics may terminate the provision of Services to any customer at its discretion, with or without cause.

11. Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Shiloh Logistics with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By engaging Shiloh Logistics' Services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
